Terms and Conditions sublim.world

These are the standard terms and conditions of sublim., and all work undertaken by sublim. shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event.

1. Nature, Timing, Delivery and Expiration:

  • sublim. is offering tailor made, awe-inspiring experiential products and services. Our business relationships are based in mutual trust and personal connection. This is how we communicate with each other and treat each other. Respect, honesty and transparency are key ingredients for a successful business relationship and outcome. 
  • Such a trustful, personal connection is required to have access to any tailored sublim. services and products. 
  • Delivery times for different tailored products and services vary and are subject to a separate agreements for the specific individual endeavor.  

2. Payments:

Unless otherwise agreed, sublim. requires full advance payment to confirm the services and products, as they are always tailor-made for the individual client and therefore not transferable to any other client or target group. 

  • With the upfront payment, we guarantee necessary availablility of the sublim. team for research, design, prototyping, production and customer service during the pre-production and production  process, as well as post-production within the guarantee period to develop exclusive, tailored products and/or services aligned with the client’s essence, interests and hobbies. 
  • Payments for sublim. products and services are non-refundable, unless stated differently in a separate individual agreement. 
  • Unless otherwise agreed, after receiving the payment, we will send the final confirmation of purchase with the necessary details without spoiling the awe-factor.
  • sublim. reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of an unexpected increase in airfares, government taxes, and fees, fuel surcharges, as well as currency fluctuations and inflationary effects.
  • The budgets we facilitate beforehand are subject to a standard deviation flexibility of 15%.
  • sublim. offers bank accounts in different currencies, and credit card as payment methods. sublim.world does not charge any extra transfer fees. 

3. Insurance for sublim.journeys and events:

It is the responsibility of every client to be adequately insured against personal accidents and medical expenses for himself and his guests during his trip or event visit, as well as having travel, trip cancellation, and baggage insurance to protect his travel investment. 

4. Passports & Visas for sublim.journeys:

Clients must be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months after date of travel. Additionally, all passengers are required to hold a valid visa wherever required. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check with the appropriate consulates as to the visa requirements and obtain proper travel documents before the trip. Visa fees are not included.

5. Cancellations & Alterations:

Due to the tailored character of all services and products, all payments are non-refundable unless stated differently in a separate agreement. Alterations might be subject to a recalculation resulting in an additional invoice. 

6. Consumer disclosure and responsibility:

sublim. acts as agent for the companies they represent, and in consequence, accepts no responsibility for their field of business and expertise. In case of any doubts or questions please get in touch with your sublim. contact for resolution. The inspirational and transformational journeys and events organized by sublim. are designed and developed for healthy people with no chronical health issues and/or mental diseases/disorders. In case you are not sure if you are fit for the ride, please talk to your doctor of choice. 

7. Liability:

On some events, the activities that the clients will undertake may be inherently dangerous although all guests are fully supervised throughout. As such, neither sublim. or its employees or agents shall be liable for any damage, loss, delay or expenses caused to the client, its employees, agents, licensees or invitees or any other persons attending the event or participating in the travel experience except insofar as it results from the negligence of sublim. or breach of contract. Please note that during particular events and on certain acitivities it may be necessary to request individuals to sign a liability waiver on the day of the event. 

8. Force Majeure:

sublim. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of building, plant or machinery. 

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
